Good Afternoon Sitting with Cassie was and is a definite pleasure. He loves to talk and has a great personality which makes him very likable. He works hard to make his customers happy and he was extremely gracious when I arrived to pick up my car and then told him I forgot the Bill of Sale for my trade in. He drove back to my home with me to get the Bill of Sale, which made his day hectic as he had other customers coming in. Yet, he managed and ended up juggling between the two of us as a result of my forgetfulness. But, it actually worked out and I and the other customer became friendly while Cassie was bouncing between the two of us. I call that a win win! I’m going back to meet with him to take care of loose ends and to be tutored again on particulars regarding my car, of which, I may say he offered to do. I look forward to meeting with him again next week, he is a definite asset to the dealership!

Joe was absolutely amazing in the process of buying my 22 Subaru Legacy. He answered all of my questions and made sure I left knowing all of the features that this car comes with. He did not once pressure me into buying before I was ready which is rare to find and was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Garavel Subaru and Joe specifically to anyone looking for a great experience.

Dave Novik was awesome. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Very familiar with the Forester and answered all my questions. Not so impressed with the business manager who did the final paperwork. I was promised an 11:00 appointment and didn't sit down until 11:20. Wasn't sure of what he was doing and almost sold me this $23,000 vehicle for $3,500. until I pointed out the mistake. Perhaps a little more training and everyone needs to understand that the customer's time is just as valuable as the dealership personnel, maybe more.

Highly recommend! Scott was genuine and available at all times. Both him and the dealership were very transparent. They worked to get me the best interest rate and their pricing is fair. I had an amazing experience and will be telling everyone to go to them. Ask for for Scott, he’s the best!
