Over-all the Ed Morse team was very accommodating and great to work with. I live several hours away so the entire deal including value of my trade in was done via text and email. I spent less than an hour @ the dealership and there were no surprises . The vast majority of that hour was Andy going over the features and helping me connect my phone and setup my Onstar+Cadillac accounts.

John was super to work with - thoroughly explained all features of the vehicles we looked at. He wasn’t pushy but kept in contact with any new update's. We surprisingly purchased new - my first NEW vehicle! There are some things John is still going to work on for us and I total trust that he will!
