I cannot explain how grateful I am to have found EchoPark and Mark Johnson. After a car accident the last thing I wanted to think about was the stress of buying a new vehicle. When I walked onto the grounds I wasn’t attacked by every salesperson around. After I met Mark he asked some questions and was interested in what was going to work best for me and my budget, not his pockets. He allowed me to test drive what I wanted, not what he was going to allow. I never felt any pressure into buying anything. Everything was explained to me in detail. The people were great. Manny was very helpful. A little disappointed it took over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Normally only an hour without the inspection at our old location.
