Olivia has consistently been superb at handling service on my 2021 Tundra Platinum (at 25K miles currently) for numerous service intervals to date. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and personable as well as clear and concise, so you very much feel like you're in good hands with her. Olivia is superb at keeping me updated on service progress (I usually wait at the dealership), and her post-service follow-up is excellent! Olivia was out on the day of one of my service visits, so she put me in the very capable hands of Melanie Soriano, who expertly handled my visit that day. I prefer very early morning appointments, and every time I was greeted warmly by Dave Maich (Service Drive Manager) with whom I've enjoyed chatting each time. My most recent visit (25K) featured a nice video summary by Peter Mayberry (Service Technician) that was very informative and well-composed. Though I bought my Tundra new off the lot at another local SF Bay Area dealership, and though there are several other Toyota dealers that are closer to my home, the consistently excellent vehicle service experience at Toyota Sunnyvale continues to make the 40 mile drive worthwhile. A few weeks agony 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin"s wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had together back to the CentralValley to teach on Monday she was so nervous her car wouldn't work. I called a number of Toyota localities while she was stuck in L.A. traffic and I first called Cabe Toyota and received incredible information and support fro Daniel. I then called other locations and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car theremin time that evening for them to look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague Phil were able to get everything fixed at a a fair and accurate rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind.I would only recommend family go there in the Long Beach or SoCall area.Don't take them for granted . They are the best!

We had a service visit this month - to get an additional key fob for our brand new RAV4 Prime. This is a great car, and there is a lot to learn! While waiting in the lobby, we asked a member of staff a question - and instead of a simple answer we received a "Prime/Hybrid 101" class! Wow, what a service, Dale Ferguson! I must first talk about how wonderful the overall service department is here at DCH Toyota in Oxnard. Jack and Grant are my go-to favorite service advisors. The best I have ever had at any Toyota dealership, anywhere. They both go above and beyond for me and my brother as customers. Prices are fair and I always feel well taken care of by all the smiling faces, including the cashiers and the shuttle drivers too. When I am in the market for a new 4Runner (I hear there's a hybrid on the horizon) I will patronize DCH for that new car too. Keep doing what you do. Thank you Jack and Grant!!! Jeanie and Billy

Its a scam . I have a tire and wheel protection plan from Toyota. I paid extra for GT tires, and when i got a small tear they said they did not have exact one but close I thought was still the GT but they replaced my tire with a much cheaper tire, did not cheak till we got home because it took so long we were running late and when i call about it they said it up to dealership to replace with a cheaper tire or order the right one. will never use Toyota of San Bernardino again is a scam waist of money now i have to go and buy the right tire someplace else. My fault for trusting them and not reading the fine print
