This was my first car I bought from a dealer and boy was I impressed. Adam was very patient with me in my purchase of a more high end vehicle. I was super nervous and he made sure to get me several cups of water through the process. He knew I wanted a Lincoln and would call me right away when it was on lot just to let me know it was there. Never once was he pushy. Very factual and helpful like a true friend. He also was great in helping me trade in my old car. During test drive he had me drive on highway and in Brick district. Nothing compared to that Lincoln ever in my life. It’s one thing to walk the lot and look at the car. Another level of love began with the drive. We had looked at other vehicles before but finally landed on one I loved. He just would call and check on me to say what he had available in regards to Lincolns. Such a friendly and kind person that never judged my finical situation either. They got me a loan when I thought secretly the Lincoln was a pipe dream. They also did preliminary check at beginning of process in a way that did not hurt my credit. Then when time came to get loan officially it still was not that bad. Adam is a matter of a fact kinda of guy and does not fluff any bs. He is a straight shooter type of man and I appreciate that. Thanks Adam and thanks Fulton Ford!! Everyone very approachable and sweet.

We recently purchased a Raptor here and the whole experience is very positive! It’s the first time that we buy a vehicle out of state. When we put down a deposit, the Raptor was still at the plant. There was a shipping delay by Ford and Dave has always kept us updated. Mark helped us with the financing and explained the paperwork clearly.
10 minutes after we were on our way home, the raptor had a flashing engine light and the engine started trembling. We called Dave and he showed up quickly to handle the situation. The truck was towed back to the dealership and the engine was fixed in 2 days. They also offered reimbursement for flights to get us home and transportation for the truck. Although we were unlucky to have the engine issue, we were fortunate that Dave made everything smooth! Thank you Dave!

I called to get an appointment for an oil change. They told me to bring it in and they would work it in. So I dropped it off the evening prior in the dropbox and left it with them all day. All I was getting was an oil change.
I called them when I got off work at 3:00 and they said it hadn't been worked in yet. They kept stringing me along so I finally showed up at 5:45 pm since they close at 6:00 pm. The guy said they couldn't get to it after leaving it with them the entire day. So incredibly disrespectful and I'll never go there again.

I spent 1600 dollars for them to not put my vehicle back together correctly and they didn’t fix one of the windows they were paid to do. When calling them to rectify the lady was rude, confrontational, and did not rectify the situation. I will be taking them to court.

After I totaled my last vehicle we unfortunately made the mistake of going to Suntrup Ford and purchasing a vehicle. Though we had other similar vehicles that we liked at other dealerships we chose to buy from here after being told by Andrew Suntrup that we would have free lifetime oil changes, bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years/36,000 miles and lifetime power train warranty at any Ford dealership.
Today I am getting my first oil change at our local Ford dealership and they had no idea what I was talking about getting free oil changes. So I called Andrew and he said he never told us this.
I was also informed today that if Suntrup would have signed us up for Ford Pass the day we purchased our vehicle that we would have several thousands of points and would be able to get a couple of oil changes covered with our points.
We were totally taken advantage of the day we purchased our new vehicle from Suntrup. They knew I wasn’t feeling the best after being in a wreck and they knew we needed a new vehicle. Unfortunately we rushed through everything and did not make sure we had documentation of the free lifetime oil changes, bumper to bumper warranty or the lifetime power train warranty. So all we can do now is warn others before going here to take your business elsewhere.

Worst experience of my life. They do not care about people. My car breaks down and they diagnose the vehicle incorrectly. They charge $5000 for the repair, which is pretty darn close to the value of the vehicle, and say it's all fixed up. My car begins to have the same problems as before less than 30 minutes after picking it up and "they can do nothing for me because they fixed their diagnosis and cannot predict the future." The parts they replaced work great, unfortunately it didn't make my car run and they refuse to do anything to help unless I can pay $7000 for the new diagnosis.
Honestly ridiculous. I didn't even mention the part about being dragged along for weeks as if they cared, acting like they wanted to help and were doing everything they could while my family struggles to make life work without the vehicle in hope they would DO SOMETHING! Or the fact that I was lied to so they could drag me along more when they already knew they were going to do nothing to help my family.
Do not use the service here.
