Joseph Meador was absolutely excellent as a salesman at Weber Chevrolet. He was knowledgable, friendly, chatted about life amiably but also kept his eye on my time and on the details. He was very generous with letting me test drive more than one car even just on my first visit so that I could get the feel for which *type of car, then on my second visit to give more time to pick a specific one. He kept in touch but wasn't overbearing or annoying. And he helped with good information and honesty about options and pricing when closing the deal. He was good at looking for deals too.

Harry, the salesman with the cleanest mustache I’ve ever seen, greeted us with a big smile and made us feel instantly welcome. He was a joy to work with and then introduced us to Mike, who continued the excellent experience. Together, they made the process a true pleasure and even introduced me to the pickup truck of my dreams! I truly enjoyed the service, and most importantly, I love the vehicle I purchased that day. That was the easiest time I’ve ever had to buy a new vehicle. Nathan Hayes was an outstanding sales person. I had a deal worked out within probably 15 minutes. He knew what I wanted. He knew my trade. He knew where I was at on my price and their price we worked it out pretty quick. The finance officer was awesome. I took just a few minutes. I did get the loan to Hyundai so I can get that rebate offer. I’m really happy with the Hyundai Santa Cruz. It drives great I like the options I got on it love the vehicle thank you. I went to Ford to look at the Ford Maverick. No salesperson came out my wife I never were on the parking lot probably 20 minutes looking at all the Mavericks with their options. Nobody came out. I left a lot came home decided to go by The Hyundai Santa Cruz because the sales staff knew the vehicle knowledge of the vehicle explained everything about the vehicle to me he was on the lap within a few seconds. I was there, Nathan Hayes outstanding he knows the stuff. Thank you for your sales service and I will be there to service my car in the future thank you guys very much Bob Walter.

Overall it was a great experience. The people we worked with were starting out so they didn’t know everything, but that is okay. I biggest complaint is how hot the dealership was to sit and wait for all the paperwork to be finished.

My recent experience with buying a new car was a positive experience. Like many others, my 2017 Honda Civic was caught up in the May hailstorm and was considered a total loss. I started my search by looking at the inventory of the Honda Superstore in Hazelwood. This is where I had my car serviced and is close to where I live. I walked in (no appointment) and met Neil Smith. From the beginning Neil was kind, patient and most importantly not sales pressure orientated. He kept me informed, but not too much. I was receiving as many as 6 calls per day from other dealerships. I was able to test drive a pre-certified Honda and a new model. In the end we made a good deal on a new 2025 Honda Civic Sport. I feel very comfortable if I have follow-up questions, to contact Neil for the answers. Thanks again for your outstanding customer service and making this a smooth process. p.s.
