It was very easy to schedule an appointment via telephone. I arrived on time for my New York State Inspection and was greeted immediately. I was informed that the service would be complementary and I could wait. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable and my service was completed in under an hour. I received a vehicle report card showing that everything was in good order. Overall I had an efficient and comfortable visit to the dealership.

Paul Snyder was our sales rep. He did an awesome job. Explain explaining how the hybrid worked the touring package when we were on our test drive all the special features that the car has. He was the most thorough sales rep to talk about a car with all the knowledge that he has when I walked out of there, I felt like I was in a seminar that I learned almost everything I needed to know about that car. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from Subaru with Paul Snyder the first one was the Forester unlimited and now this one is the Forrester hybrid touring. He is an asset to Subaru he seems very dedicated in his job and wanting to know everything he can about the car to tell his customers. And if we get a third, Subaru and Paul hasn't retired and he's still working there, I'll go back to him again and get another vehicle.

We have leased and purchased many cars from this dealership over the past 20 years. We never had any problems. Tim Coppola worked with us on our recently leased Ford Explorer. He was great! Not only did he make sure we got everything we were looking for in the Explorer but at a lower payment than our last lease. We highly recommend Tim. We will be sure to use him again when our next lease expires.

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new - LFS91

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.
