Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

This is my second vehicle with Mercedes, and both times I’ve had the pleasure of working with truly amazing people — especially John Hart, the Sales Manager. I’ll be honest, my first experience had a few bumps due to a former sales consultant, but from day one, John took full ownership of any issues I had and kept in constant communication with me advising me when would be the right time to finance my car. He went above and beyond to make things right — even saving me money on a brand-new 2025 Mercedes! I originally planned to finance my previous Mercedes, knowing my payments would increase, but instead of letting me overpay, John crafted an even better deal. I’m truly grateful for his dedication and expertise! It’s a huge part of the reason that after coming in to test drive two cars late on Saturday, I was finalizing the deal with him on Monday (after having never achieved that level of confidence on all the other cars I had test driven). Jovani is also super responsive, worked with me on price, made my wife and son very comfortable when we came in to actually buy the car, and has followed up since our purchase to confirm things are going OK. I truly enjoyed working with Jovani - I never felt I was being pushed, but I felt I was being heard. And some of the initial questions he asked me actually helped me to focus on the attributes that I really valued in a car.

I went to several dealers and no one was able to get the Lexus Model with color I wanted....Raymond Liang was able to locate a car that met my requirements. I have bought many cars since 1968 and this was the best experience to date. He gave me status updates regarding where the car was in transit....This was the best delivery of a car I have ever had. Raymond contacted me a day or two before the car was going to arrive at the dealership to go over what I needed to bring to take delivery of my car...on the day I toke delivery of the vehicle, Raymond patiently reviewed/helped me to set up all the necessary inputs to the computer screens on the car...he also offered to take the car out to the street as my car is very low to the ground and would scrape against the driveway exit if I didn't exit at a certain angle....Raymond not only made a difference but was the difference in purchasing a Lexis at Lexis of Manhattan....Thank you Raymond.... It was all good up until the very last minute when they told me they didn't have the second for me when I had initially asked them and they said yes. I believe the manager had told me to reach out to them within the middle of May so they can give me my second key. I'm hoping they can fulfill that for me. That would make the experience 5 starts.
