He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help us understand the Porsche Cayenne. A few weeks ago, I was in the market to buy a used car. I walked into the dealership without an appointment, and I was lucky enough to have Marc Debenedictis ask if he could help me. He was thorough in asking me questions about what I was looking for in a car. He had me test drive one that we thought would do the trick for me, but I wasn't thrilled with how that car drove. Marc very quickly found me another model that fit everything on my wish list! Marc took time to explain different options to me, never making me feel pressured about buying a car unless I thought it was really the right one for me. He was not at all troubled or stumped by any questions I asked. Once I decided to purchase the car, he was very thorough in making sure I knew what I needed to do to have everything in order so that I could make the purchase as quickly as possible. I will definitely go back to Marc when I am need of another car, and I will not hesitate to recommend any friends or family to him. Thanks, Marc, for finding me a great car!

I’m super excited to leave this review. Keith gave me information on where to purchase a Mercedes Benz dealer part while I was in Middletown NYC. I was able to pick up the part while on my way to the Philadelphia International Airport in NEW JERSEY at the Paramus dealership. I’m flying back to Phoenix Arizona with the brand new dealer part. This valueable part was not available at any of the dealerships and would have needed to be ordered. Phoenix and would need to be ordered which would have taken weeks to get. I want to thank Keith and this awesome shop for helping my son out so he can get his Mercedes Benz up and running without losing time from work. Thank you again Keith.

I was referred to Gus (Mikedis) by a friend, and he has helped me throughout the entire process. There was never a sense of urgency, and Gus remained professional during the entire process. He kept me updated real-time and gave me heads-up on what to prepare for in the future. Prior to this purchase, I've despised working with car salesmen (due to the stereotypes that exist within that industry), but this has definitely shed some new, positive light on the entire experience.
