Karen Kingsley is a gem! We made an appointment with her based on all the positive reviews on google, and we are happy to say those reviews are well deserved! We last had a 2018 car so we were unfamiliar with the new technology. She patiently answered all questions. She took time to find out what was important to us in a new car, and made sure we got it. She did not try to sell us a more expensive car, just one that fit our needs. She was pleasant and upbeat through all aspects of our leasing experience. Highly recommend her and Lia Hyundai!

Is so smart and responsive! We bought a new car replacing only 3 year old car (that was also sold by Greg then) just because he was such an amazing sales. You can’t go to other dealership after you experience this place. Mercedes Benz of Manhattan, Best among all the Mercedes dealership!
