Just bought a new Crosstrek.....Matt was our salesperson...he had not only to deal with an 83 year old (buying the car) but also with an overprotective granddaughter and an aggressive niece....he did an outstanding job! What might have been an easy process, the younger girls had to lots of questions,,,,they insisted I need a power lift of the back gate, because they thought I was too short and it was too heavy....anyway it's getting installed next week! My impression is that, while Mazda of Salem and Erin Perez are in the car sales business, it doesn’t stop and end there. Costco referred me to this dealership even though it’s a good 90 min drive for me. From start to finish, I was treated as someone they wanted to please, as much on my terms as theirs. We had a situation we had to work out which could have been a difficult and expensive decision, but we all worked together for a very satisfying conclusion. If it weren’t for the 90 min drive, I’d be back for all my servicing needs. The one time I did need service I found the technician to be responsive, thorough, and helpful. In every respect, my interactions have been met with interest, concern, cooperation, and a desire for me to be happy in my new Mazda CX-50 Hybrid.

I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning.
