Car buying is car buying. i never expect to have a perfect experience. But Wilsonville Toyota and salesperson Cody came close. They had the car I wanted, at the lease price quoted in the ads, with the monthly lease cost slightly below that quoted in the ad. We had some hiccups.with the paperwork (my fault) and Cody helped work through that. all in all I and happy with the transaction, the car, Cody, and Wilsonville Toyota.

Great experience with Mercedes Benz of Salem and particularly Evan Carroll and his Tech, Beau. While traveling on vacation in our Sprinter RV (Winnebago Revel) from our home in New Mexico we got a check engine light and found ourselves in "limp" mode with power dramatically reduced. We slowly made our way the 100 miles from the Oregon coast to Salem. Evan and Beau immediately responded when we arrived and quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Sprinters air filter housing that was leaking unfiltered air to the engine. We were really impressed with their caring response to our plight even though both were already really busy. Two thumbs up!!

Despite the rocky start, the team, and particularly the sales manager Israel, stepped up and made things right. They took responsibility, reimbursed me for the unexpected costs, and showed a genuine effort to correct the situation. It’s rare these days to see a dealership follow through on their word, especially after the sale is complete. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them, and in the end, they handled it well. Overall, I had a great experience, and I really do enjoy my new car!

We had specific needs in what we were looking for. Nick went above and beyond in helping us. After looking at several vehicles, we were able to pin it down to two similar 4Runners. Working Brian on closing the deal was pretty painless. They met us where we needed to be and we left with a new car. Nick knowing how particular I was with details took it upon himself to clean several areas of our new car that were missed in the detail shop. A true sign of someone who cares about his customers.

I was in from out of town and called last minute for an oil change and was able to get in within a half hour. Oil change was complete in less time than expected. The lady at the service counter was very helpful and friendly. I have been very happy with their service and in fact I use this dealership rather than the one close to my home because I am so much happier with the service at Tonkin.

I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.
