At every step of the process, which spanned 3 weeks-- from negotiation, to deposit to waiting for its arrival (all conducted remotely), things went smoothly. These guys are friendly and honest.

Just bought a new Crosstrek.....Matt was our salesperson...he had not only to deal with an 83 year old (buying the car) but also with an overprotective granddaughter and an aggressive niece....he did an outstanding job! What might have been an easy process, the younger girls had to lots of questions,,,,they insisted I need a power lift of the back gate, because they thought I was too short and it was too heavy....anyway it's getting installed next week!
