Evelyn, our sales person, was excellent! She was personable, knowledgeable, respectful. She was very professional and not pushy. Before coming to the dealership to meet her and drive the used vehicle, her email correspondence was just the right balance of what we needed to hear and she gave details we rarely saw from other car dealers. The only negative was with the financial department, which took too long and insensitive to my health condition.

When we found ourselves shopping for a vehicle that would fit my ADA needs, Bailey and John Scott went above and beyond to find the RIGHT vehicle. Honestly, from the minute I walked in, to wrapping up the final process, both Bailey and John Scott were understanding, patient, knowledgable and provided the top notch friendly down to earth service we've become accustomed to when working with Wilsonville Toyota. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle Escajeda was my primary salesperson who helped me from start to finish. It's very nice not having to deal with a separate finance person, been there done that! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and took me and my friend on a tour of the difference models I was interested in purchasing. I decided what I wanted and it wasn't on their lot, but after doing all of the negotiating, and signing, she said she would have the vehicle I wanted the next day! I returned and it was waiting for me! I love my new car! Thank you very much Michelle!

I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

Right after purchasing my vehicle, I ran into an unforeseen issue with the coolant shutoff valve—a common quirk with this model—and the team at D&C Motors did everything in their power to resolve it, ultimately covering the cost of the repair. It is so refreshing to know that there are still honest, high-integrity dealerships out there. I can’t express how grateful I am for their support.
