Just bought a new Crosstrek.....Matt was our salesperson...he had not only to deal with an 83 year old (buying the car) but also with an overprotective granddaughter and an aggressive niece....he did an outstanding job! What might have been an easy process, the younger girls had to lots of questions,,,,they insisted I need a power lift of the back gate, because they thought I was too short and it was too heavy....anyway it's getting installed next week! The salesperson, Jorge, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, responsive to our questions and concerns, had excellent brand and product knowledge, and a genuine friendliness. We were not pleased with the insistence by Noah that, despite our continuously expressed position that we were not going to add on the many additional suggested items, that we listen to his typical pushy and condescending sales tactics regardless. This was obnoxious and ended our experience on a sour note. It was a good thing Jorge was so amazing, or we’d have taken our business elsewhere.
