I did use the Costco Auto program so that could be why it was easy, not sure, this is the only vehicle I've purchased from this dealer. I would recommend this dealer if you're in the market.

The Service Advisor called about a recall (which I knew about) and he had the part in stock to repair it. All the service was done that day to my surprise! Everyone was pleasant with a nice Hello greeting. I would give everyone a 5 star but can only choose ten of you. I shall return!

Sal, the Sales Manager, saved the deal when the virtual salesman dropped the ball... Sal was steady and consistent over the 1 week period that I was shopping other dealers. Transaction was all figured out online and I just had to come to dealership to sign papers and pick up car. Best deal on new Toyota. Great customer service from Sales manager, Sal! Highly recommend.
