I’ve dealt with many dealerships over the years. Most were overwhelming, a couple were decent, but only one managed to make the entire buying process feel effortless. Audi Beaverton has been the best dealership experience I’ve had. Above all, I never felt like someone was trying to sell me a car—I was genuinely guided with helpful information to make the choice that fit me. Patrick Curb was the salesperson I worked with. He knows the models inside and out, treated me more like a friend than just another sale, and never rushed the process to get to the next customer. Jeff Blackwood, the General Manager, teamed up with Patrick to give me the best deal they could—and once again, there was absolutely no pressure. Then it was on to finance for the signing. Normally, you can expect to spend a couple of hours being pitched add ons, but instead I had the pleasure of working with Parker Helland. He was fully prepared, informative, and never pushed anything. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Partick, Jeff, and Parker……Thank you so much for everything. I LOVE my new Sq5 !!!

She is honestly the most patient salesperson I had the pleasure of talking to and she was able to work with my situation. I appreciate everything she did and she deserves all the credit!!! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle Escajeda was my primary salesperson who helped me from start to finish. It's very nice not having to deal with a separate finance person, been there done that! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and took me and my friend on a tour of the difference models I was interested in purchasing. I decided what I wanted and it wasn't on their lot, but after doing all of the negotiating, and signing, she said she would have the vehicle I wanted the next day! I returned and it was waiting for me! I love my new car! Thank you very much Michelle!

I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

Right after purchasing my vehicle, I ran into an unforeseen issue with the coolant shutoff valve—a common quirk with this model—and the team at D&C Motors did everything in their power to resolve it, ultimately covering the cost of the repair. It is so refreshing to know that there are still honest, high-integrity dealerships out there. I can’t express how grateful I am for their support. Purchased a Raptor Ranger that I saw on line for sale at Pierre. Made the phone call and made a deal over the phone. had a three hour drive to go get the truck where I was met with the truck out front and was Gabriel Walker...very courteous and informative. It seemed like the time between the test drive and actually going in to fill out the paper work was a bit lengthy. Paperwork department was very nice and got thru that in no time. The follow up(s) with Gabriel has be beyond the call of duty...good job to Gabriel.
