My first purchasing experience with Audi Beaverton was smooth, low stress, and genuinely pleasant, thanks in large part to Griffin. He was friendly, responsive, easy-going, and extremely knowledgeable-- from our initial test drive, through the purchasing and trade-in experience, and all the way through making sure all of MMI and driving options were set-up for us before pulling away. Equally importantly, Griffin got back to us very quickly and helped resolve a few minor wrinkles that came up in the first few days of ownership, which says a lot about his dedication and commitment to customers. The other employees we worked with were also pleasant, professional, and helpful. I sensed this was a very well managed, customer-centric dealership.

And within those six weeks, he answered every call, stayed on top of the time it would arrive, and was a very nice person to be around. He worked very hard to get us the car we wanted. He did a wonderful job.

After having already bought numerous cars from Royal Moore over the years I wanted to get myself a sporty weekend cars that would turn heads. I spent a month drooling over the 2026 BRZ Series.Yellow before my wife made an appointment with Julio. Julio got me through a test drive and lease process in just about 3 hours which was the shortest time I've spent in a dealership. I also worked with Tanner in the finance department who was fantastic and a fair negotiator. Now, day 2 of having the car I noticed that there was a significant defect with one of the brake rotors. I took the car back to the dealership; however, the service department has closed. I was greeted by a salesman whose name I regrettably didnt get but instantly began helping me. Due to my loyalty, Javier quickly got me a loaner and was willing to take my vehicle and deliver it to service on my behalf the next day. The service advisor, Jonathan, was incredibly communicative and professional. They replaced the rotor under warranty and had the car back to me in about a day and a half.

It's very nice not having to deal with a separate finance person, been there done that! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and took me and my friend on a tour of the difference models I was interested in purchasing. I decided what I wanted and it wasn't on their lot, but after doing all of the negotiating, and signing, she said she would have the vehicle I wanted the next day! I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Made the phone call and made a deal over the phone. had a three hour drive to go get the truck where I was met with the truck out front and was Gabriel Walker...very courteous and informative. It seemed like the time between the test drive and actually going in to fill out the paper work was a bit lengthy. Paperwork department was very nice and got thru that in no time. The follow up(s) with Gabriel has be beyond the call of duty...good job to Gabriel.
