Given that purchasing a new car is never a great experience, it is always inevitably a long process, I have to say that Luke, my sales person was great. He was friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and courteous. Luke was able to find me a RAV4 plug in Hybrid, the color of my choice, in only a few weeks. I had expected to wait months. Upon receipt of my vehicle, Luke was available for a pick up time that worked best for me and gave me a very good overall tutorial regarding my new car. Why didn't I give 5 stars? Mostly the manager's persistence for me to purchase maintenance packages. This was irritating when I had already rejected all packages offered to me. Again, just for clarification, this had nothing to do with Luke. If you are lucky enough to get Luke as your sales person, you will have a very positive experience.

Just bought a new Crosstrek.....Matt was our salesperson...he had not only to deal with an 83 year old (buying the car) but also with an overprotective granddaughter and an aggressive niece....he did an outstanding job! What might have been an easy process, the younger girls had to lots of questions,,,,they insisted I need a power lift of the back gate, because they thought I was too short and it was too heavy....anyway it's getting installed next week! My experience with Ron Tonkin Hyundai was amazing! I was in and out in just over 3 hours! Quickest ever! Liana, the sales person who helped me from beginning to end, was amazing! She is so kind and understanding and easy to talk to! The gentleman who did the financing, whose name I can’t recall unfortunately, was so nice and already had everything done so that process only took like 10-15 minutes (part of that was me yakking !) If you are in need of a new car I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough! They even filled my tank, washed it again, and Liana actually took the time to walk through all the features and explain how things work. She even helped me clean out my trade in! I didn’t even buy a luxury or expensive car! Just a sweet Hyundai Elantra sport which I absolutely love driving! Thank you Liana, and the finance gentleman, for making this such a great experience!!

I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning.
