This was the first time dealing with a big brand dealership where both the salesman and the finance staff did both pull the lies and sales tactics that make buying a car worse than going to the dentist. Overall, everything was smooth and painless. 10/10 recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at Toyota of Cleveland and couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. After visiting a few other dealerships where the salespeople were pushy, impersonal, and not particularly honest, this experience was a refreshing change. We primarily worked with Austin Calfee, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest—everything you hope for in a salesperson. He took the time to answer all our questions without pressure and made us feel confident in our decision. We also chatted with Mike Covington a bit throughout the process, and while he wasn’t directly involved in our sale, he contributed to the overall positive atmosphere with great conversation and genuine friendliness. Everyone we interacted with at Toyota of Cleveland was personable and down-to-earth, which really stood out to us. Even though we initially made the hour and a half drive because they had a specific car we were interested in, the excellent customer service we received made it clear that we’d happily make that trip again in the future—skipping other dealerships along the way. Highly recommend this team!

I had a great experience working with the team at Porsche of Nashville, purchasing my new 2024 Porsche Macan 4 EV virtually sight unseen. The experience began with Finder.Porsche.com, where I first saw my Aventurine Green Macan 4 listed for sale, with an abundance of photos. I then reached out to Porsche of Nashville, and received a very prompt response back from sales advisor Cy Cypher. Within a few days, I received a few follow up emails from Cy, which led directly to my purchase of my Macan 4. Cy accommodated my request to do a thorough FaceTime with me, so that I could look at the Macan 4 close up. I then worked closely with the finance person, Madison Perkins, who also was extremely helpful in completing all of the needed paperwork online. Within a few days, my new Macan was shipped to my home. Great experience overall; I'd happily work with the team at Porsche of Nashville again for future purchases.

Purchasing a vehicle is not a trivial matter. Josh was incredible and extremely informative but not forward or aggressive which has happened to us in past ….only complaint is , we bought new car with 2k miles on it, showing 69% oil life remaining and they weren’t able to give us a quick oil change to reset it to 100%. The price of car after taxes was over $65k….i just think that would of been a nice finishing touch for us or a extra free oil change coupon

I have a Mazda 3 and I came in to just have my back wheel locks removed and it was the best encounter I’ve had from a dealership. They were very fast, I didn't wait too long, and they did a whole vehicle inspection on my car too which I was surprised about. I think they washed my car too I loved that. Even though it wasn’t anything big it changed my mind about not wanting to go to a dealer to get my car worked on. Loved the service and the quality! Oh, and another cool thing was they send me a video explaining everything they did and looked at while was very helpful! I will surely come back for any service I need! Thanks guys oh and the nice lady that helped me her name was Taina, she was very sweet good about getting what I needed done.
