Tyler Gibson was my sales person today. We pulled up asked if was looking for someone and I said your it today. Was looking for a car for my son today. We explained what we was looking for gave us some options. Pull a different car around did the test drive next thing we are leaving with a car. Tyler took his time with us. He answered my son’s questions and mine as well. The big thing was sir can we have a minute, Tyler says no problem I am here if you need anything. He gave us time to talk look over the car no pressure at all. The team that he had behind him was just a great as well. They explained everything that they would take care of. The team had a busy day as well as Tyler explained, but took time to chat with us and gave us some life experiences they had off subject of buying a car. It felt more as just another day of just meeting good people. Highly recommend Tyler, Justice and the rest of the team that helps us today.

I've bought several cars over my years, and my recent trade transaction at Lexus of Chattanooga was an example of how this business should be done. Robbie Bales did a great job of allowing me to inspect various cars on my own without hovering.  He was very transparent with answers to all my questions about various models, options, numbers, and terms of the sale.  Absolutely no pressure, just there to assist me to find the right car and terms. During the short periods where we were waiting, he was professional and personable. Definitely an asset to the business. Aaron Schreiner demonstrated all of the features and tech with my car. He is articulate, great at moving topic to topic, and answers questions succinctly.  Very patient. He met me at my level of understanding and has excellent product knowledge. This is the guy every software company should have to train people on new products. Josiah Sadek's work in the finance office was quick and efficient. He answered all of my questions, and I was never pressured to buy extra products I didn't want. I was in and out quickly without feeling trapped to hear a two hour-long explanation about every extended warranty! Overall, this is not the stereotypical dealership or car buying experience. Very well done and recommended.
