The whole deal was seamless. Financing was a breeze . ToC invested in smart pad technology that reduced the amount of paperwork and printing . This tech reduced the amount of time closing the deal immensely . Truly one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Then I came across the one Parkside Kia had- I showed interest in via email. Next day Rebecca called me. I got an appointment to come and look. The salesman that I got assigned was Ethan. When I got there Ethan had already pulled the vehicle to front. I told him before we took it out to test drive it. UPDATE to previous review: Randy, the GM, is the man and came through on everything, made everything right and went way above and beyond your normal customer service, especially these days. Not only did he fix all 3 issues, the speakers, the tire, and replaced the battery, but he also had someone drive almost an hour to pick up the loaner he lent us. This is huge since we have a newborn baby in the house, so making a 2 hour round trip anywhere is tough. Couldn’t recommend this dealership and especially Randy any higher than 5 out of 5, I’d say 10 out of 5! We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2 months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back speakers in the van don’t work. So we called them up, since it was in the first 3 months to have them fix the issue, but unfortunately for us, they told us they wouldn’t fix the issue but we could bring it back to them and we could pay them to fix the issue they should have covered since it was within the first 3 months or at the very least should have told us on the front end before selling us the vehicle. We feel mislead by their policy of being able to bring the vehicle back in the first 3 months and having it repaired and at the worst case, the classic bait and switch and not disclosing to us about the speaker on the front end.
