I recently bought a used Nissan Ultima at McGrath Nissan. The experience started out great but after I agreed to buy the car, I was informed there was only one fob. When I said that was a problem, the salesperson said she would contact the former owner and assured me it would get worked out. Long story short, McGrath would not provide a second fob and offered to sell me one for $299. I gave them the opportunity to make this right, and they’re willing to turn good experience into a poor one instead of addressing the issue. Please take your business elsewhere, I know I will in the future.

I bought my car from Mr Escareno months ago and I love it. Came in for service and I was taken care of by Lynn checked me in without and appointed and even accepted a coupon I had. Basic service is always good when you get in and out quickly and so I was happy to be finished in time to get some McDonald's as I left. I didn't realize that I was taken care of by the service manager Lynn, she is so customer friendly, not like some places you go and you have to be friends of the owner to get service.
