What a fantastic experience with our vehicle purchases this week!! Travis and Tony were very easy to work with, discuss our needs and found just what we were looking for. Our purchase of a "new to us" van this week was such a great experience we just had to do it again with a new work truck a few days later and Travis and Tony were right there to get us taken care of. We topped it off the next day with my father's purchase of a new 1500. We knew exactly where to take him to and who to talk to. The entire staff at Tanner was great for all 3 purchases, service took care of our add ons quickly, parts found accessories, just great people.

My earlier initial impression of your dealership, not from Kevin, seemed like ‘no big deal here, just a grey haired old lady by herself’. Fortunately, I knew exactly what I wanted and left the first time around. My return trip with Kevin was good. The back office personal could certainly step out of their office and show respect for a customer instead of just sending the sales person to deliver their unwillingness to talk about pricing. Alex was an excellent resource in this purchase. Initially Apple Ford did not have what we were looking for. Alex took our info, and a day later we get a text saying they had a car we might be interested in. We scheduled a test drive and purchased the Cascada. We found a ding in the left rear quarter panel and to our delight, they repaired it at no cost to us! 100% loved the experience and will give 5 stars.
