My salesperson was Armani and she was exceptional! As a retired military officer, I am all about the bottom-line and not wasting time. Upon speaking with Armani was I cleared about the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Armani was not able to locate the vehicle and price point but she was interested in making a deal if I was ready to make a purchase. We were both on the same page and a deal and purchase was made. This young lady made a deal within an hour or less. Armani was very professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the Mercedes brand; And her customer service was impeccable! She's a STAR!

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Joe Taylor is the MAN! He was above board in our dealings. Offered their services and options but did not pressure. He remained in constant communication throughout and after the process. Joe showed that he wanted and deserved my business. I drove 2 hours to complete the deal. He actually offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Easily the one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchase experiences I have had. Hunter (Finance) was very good also. Again, non-pressure (and from a finance guy that is say something. LOL!) But, he was responsive and attentive. This dealership has a great vibe and people - based on my experience.

My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service.
