Jaker Soto made the whole experience easy. He handled the negotiation professionally and never rushed us, even when we took extra time to inspect the car closely at delivery. His patience and positive attitude really stood out, and he was genuinely pleasant to work with. Anthony Zaverukha from Finance was also excellent — personable, patient, and clear in his explanations.
Lexus of North Miami overall was fine, but I was surprised that the dealership does not hand‑wash vehicles before delivery. The wheels could have been cleaner, and there were a few clear‑coat scratches that could have been easily buffed out beforehand, along with another minor cosmetic issue that could have been addressed prior to delivery. Overall, their delivery‑prep process has room for improvement, but the customer service from Jaker and Anthony was outstanding.
