We are residents of Florida and it was time for a new Q5 so we went to Audi Sarasota and asked for Tom based on reviews. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, took the time to explain features to us, pointed more out on the test drive. I've had 2 previous Q5s that were purchased in Raleigh and had developed a nice repoire there so starting over at a new dealership with a purchase was something I wasn't looking forward to. However, Tom made the transition easy. No pressure, no hounding us to make a decision...just straightforward answers and information and when we were ready, he found the car that I wanted, had it moved to this dealership and ensured it was prepped and ready when we picked up the new car. He then spent quite a bit of time going over the features again and repeatedly told us to call him anytime with any questions. He wanted us happy with our new vehicle and cared about our experience. Would 100% buy another car from Tom Clancy!

The Infiniti of Fort Myers service department is the best in comparison to all luxury car service departments in Fort Myers. Zack is informative and follows through with communication both in writing and using technology. I’ve also had success with Jenna in the past who replaced Rick who was there for many many years. I just wish Infiniti as a corporation would upgrade the changes in the models to keep up with the times. There is so little change between a 2024 and 2026. It is very sad and concerning for the future.

From the first interaction with my husband the day before, online, to the final handshake (and photo w/bow) Brian made our experience as pleasant and smooth as one could hope for. He was friendly, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly patient with both me and my husband. Brian is not your 'typical' salesperson. We never felt pressured during any aspect of our visit. We actually thought we were going to purchase a new vehicle and ended up with a preowned that met all our needs and saved us considerably. Brian and the rest of the staff including finance and management renewed our faith in this process! We are not only very happy with our new car but the experience as well. Your office guy told me on July 19th the price should be $ 1144 and August 17 the price increase $ 1756 . That's mean my job didn't make . Instead of the job expected they asked me to change the battery and spark plugs . My question why the labor cost is higher than the parts cost?
