Hello, I thank her for helping me out the other day 10/15/25 in regards to my owned now 2003 T Bird that I bought 10/8/25, I had a question about car steering handling ? while driving on I 43 for example ! I had been in contact with Katie S about this issue also, Angela talked to someone ? and she came back to me and a excellent service Tech. Greg who I found out is a T Bird knowledgeable person and as myself a Mini person, went out with me, he drove and tested the car on the local roads, we talked and the Tech. felt the car was alright, but did service inspection on each tires air and adjusted them and once I got on I 43 I felt a difference so far ? I'd like to know ? what is The service techs suggested air pressure for the T Birds tires ? I use to work in the auto and truck industry years ago before going back in the military career and know much what you service folks go thru ! Thank you for the service so far !

Have nothing but positive things to say about your dealership bought my 2020 F150 new January 1921 have had all the service work done at your dealership. Had a problem with the computer screen just before it went out of warranty. I was told to bring it in so you could document the problem before the warranty expired. As soon as that part came in it was replaced at no charge, even though I was over the warranty mileage. Bought a set of tires that Ralph recommended at 60,000 miles. Excellent choice only had one oil change issue about six months ago. The tech failed to seat the oil dipstick and it threw a check engine light called Ralph. He said bring it back. I'll reset the light which he did and then gave me a ticket for a free oil change. He did not have to do that but I appreciate it received my free oil change last week. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

Regarding our recent 2025 Ford Explorer purchase, our Salesperson, Jon Demaster, AND the Financial Rep, Alex Hernandez, were excellent to work with. Both individuals showed professionalism and experience as they worked with us. First, Jon went above and beyond to help FIND us the vehicle we were looking for. We were very specific in our request, and Jon was able to locate and in a timely manner, he was able to obtain the vehicle from another Dealership. We were also specific and steadfast on the price we wanted to pay for a vehicle of this type. We felt he met our needs promptly after we had several emails and conversations back & forth. He then secured the vehicle, brought it to EVS, and prepped it for delivery. Clean, neat, and a FULL tank of fuel for our trip back to Green Bay, WI. This is now the "2nd" vehicle we have purchased from EVS, and with Jon Demaster as our Salesperson. Great Job Jon. Secondly, as we dealt the Alex to finalize the financial part of this purchase, we found him to be well prepared, and experienced with the knowledgable to explain the paperwork and specifics of the purchase we were undertaking. The process went smoothly to its conclusion. Thanks again Alex, nice to work with you as well. In conclusion, we had a pleasant experience working with EVS again for this 2nd vehicle purchase, and these (2) folks who represent this dealership. What a pleasure it was to work with the entire Lynch staff! Patrick Smith went above and beyond from the get-go. He recently sold a car to my brother, so I already knew I was in good hands! I wasn't in any hurry to purchase a new car; I was simply just shopping around. Patrick and I initially spoke over the phone... a good 30 minute conversation. He truly listened and talked thru things with me. We scheduled to test drive a couple of cars the following weekend. I was able to free up time during the week and, with short notice, Patrick was able to accommodate. He never rushed any conversation, never pressured any decision and was gave his honest feedback on the vehicles. I fell in love with the 4Runner I test drove and schedule an appointment to come back the following weekend to pull the trigger. Patrick had scheduled PTO but came in just to meet with me and help me seal the deal. He was extremely responsive via phone and text to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout this process! Phath Ty, the Finance Director, was incredibly patient with me throughout the days; also incredibly responsive. After coming to agreement on numbers, Phath made the transaction extremely quick and easy! He took the time to explain everything, but also had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. I was in and out within an hour! Phath and Patrick were an extreme pleasure to work with. Our family will most definitely be sticking with the Lynch group because of these two.
