Super friendly and accommodating, vehicle was pulled up - brianghd1

Super friendly and accommodating, vehicle was pulled up out front when we arrived. The sales person we had been working with was going to be gone that date, and they quickly communicated a change in the sales person that we would be speaking with which was nice to know before we got there. Tyler! What can I say ?! Hands down best sales experience we’ve had while buying a vehicle. Very informative and never once made us feel rushed throughout the process. Gave us multiple points of time to discuss and then circled back to make sure we had all the info we needed to make a decision. Ultimately he earned the sale without being aggressive. It was very much appreciated. We also received a follow up message checking in and asking how the vehicle was and if we needed any help with the features. Tyler has earned us as customers and we will be looking for him on our next VW purchase. Thank You Tyler!

5/5 Stars I recently bought a car remotely from Alaska, - rachaelmc7

5/5 Stars I recently bought a car remotely from Alaska, and as you can imagine, it is not an easy process. Most dealerships I contacted weren't interested in spending time on a buyer who couldn't physically come into the showroom—including CarMax and even the dealers closest to me. Many refused to respond, and others wouldn't give me basic vehicle details. Troy Mundahl at BMW of Minnetonka was the complete opposite. He reached out incredibly fast with a personalized video of the car right after my initial inquiry. Because I was buying across the country completely sight unseen, I had a million questions about the vehicle's condition, the process, and the paperwork. Troy was completely transparent, got me the exact service history I needed, and even arranged to have wheel locks installed before the car was shipped. He went above and beyond to give me the peace of mind I needed to make such a huge purchase from thousands of miles away. If you are shopping for a car—whether you live down the street or across the country—I highly recommend BMW of Minnetonka. Ask for Troy in sales, he is amazing!

Outstanding service! - sjd2kkd

Outstanding service! I was having major issues with another dealership chain (coughWALSERcough) getting an important safety recall taken care of. After dealing with bad communication and service for 6 months, I called Belzer, and their Roseville dealership took care of the issue almost immediately, with tremendous service! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I was in search of a toyota highlander used. - cindi.scheffler

I was in search of a toyota highlander used. They were almost as expensive as a new one. Went in to get an trade in estimate. Had to leave early. Never heard back Called and left a message with new guy. Never heard back. Went in with a complaint and the manager came out. He said five minutes before I walked in there was a finance on a loaded highlander that fell through. If I wanted the car. I could have it. LUCK and TIMING were on my side. As I was test driving someone put a deposit on the car but the manager said since I walked in first it was mine. So WOOOHOOO! I didn’t have to wait 6 months for a new one and I didn’t have to pay the same price for a used one. Happy days are here again! Thank you for the customer service.!

Again, leaving West End Lincoln as a more than a happy - Qped32

Again, leaving West End Lincoln as a more than a happy customer for their over the top service. My car was picked up and dropped off after service and they even washed it. Once again, They were very informative during the entire process. I will also add that I made the mistake of going to the white Bear Lincoln dealer before this this service because it’s much closer to my house, but it’s the worst service I’ve ever had at any other establishment or restaurants! It’s even crazier that the turned me down for obvious warranty service.Never again and I’ll blame myself for thinking saving some miles and time would be beneficial. White bear Lincoln you suck and should be ashamed of your selves! West End Lincoln all the way!!!!!!!!!!

I want to personally recognize Dominic for the way he - Andrei

I want to personally recognize Dominic for the way he handled my situation. What impressed me most was not about money or simply getting the job done — it was about how he treated me as a customer and as a person. He listened, understood my concerns, and handled the situation with respect, fairness, and common sense. Sometimes customer service is not just about following procedures. It is about understanding the person in front of you and trying to do the right thing. Dominic did exactly that. I really appreciate his attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help. Management at Apple Ford Shakopee should know that Dominic represents the company very well. Employees like him are the reason customers remember a dealership in a positive way. Thank you, Dominic, for your understanding and for treating me with respect. You’re a great guy and I truly appreciate your help.
