I would gladly repeat this experience for another vehicle the dealership, my salesperson Tyler everything went very smoothly. I was out at the door in about 45 minutes. Why can’t all my buying experiences be exactly like that in the future. I will return to Paradise Chevrolet in the next year when I buy another truck for my business.

We were on vacation and our check engine light came on which stopped us almost dead in our tracks abour 650 miles from home. We were incredibly lucky to have this happen within less than 1/2 mile from from a GREAT TEAM at Lake Elsinore CDJR Dealership. The experience started off on a high note with the Service Advisor, Gary, and it never went down from there. Even when Gary was not available all the other Service Advisors were able to help me quickly and efficiently. The downside was one of the failed parts was not in stock. The upside is that Jose (Service Mgr and a Marine) along with his part dept and auto maintenance people, did everything they could to get us back on the road asap, which was a 3 day stay in a hotel close by. It could have been worse had it not been for Gary and the other Service team members working together to get us back on the road. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!!

This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. I came here to buy my first car in 2019 and when anyone asks me where they should buy a car, I tell them they must come here. In 2026, I recently went back and was interested in a car and everything from start to finish was perfect. I drove all the way down from Los Angeles to work with them. They are honest, they care about your experience, and they deliver on their promises. I would like to give a special shoutout to Renee who worked with us to get us the right deal on Valentine’s Day. I also want to shout out Scott for helping get this deal across the finish line. Thomas and Jericho were also fantastic in their help and support. I would never consider going to another dealership. Fletcher jones and Renee, Scott, Thomas, and Jericho are the best.
