I went into the dealership looking for a new Tacoma. I had a vague idea on what I wanted. Steven was helpful in showing me what I was looking for and explaining what wasn't unreasonable. I walked away with a better idea of what I wanted and returned a few days later to get exactly the truck I wanted. Even though it wasn't available on the lot and it was the holiday season, I had it it two days.

I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to sign the final paperwork. Never in 30 years of buying cars have I had to wait to give someone money after the hard part of negotiating. In addition there was smoke or something in the waiting room that gave my family horrible headaches. Other than that it was a positive experience.

I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning.
