I wanted to purchase a car for my son's 21st birthday and for his last year in college. I went looking at 3 different dealerships and I was not impressed. The other dealerships made me feel rushed and old. I went to Goudy Honda and immediately Karl greeted me. Karl made me feel like a VIP.! He was patient and understanding. He took the time to explain all the new technology in detail. He answered all my questions. Karl was Excellent!! Thank you Karl. Good Job!!

Since I started coming here, I have been extremely happy to keep coming back. If I want same day service for my car on oil changes I get it every time and it’s much faster than other places I have gone. The service department is so kind every time Ive gone and they make the wait very comfortable too! The theater room lets me and my sister pass the time easy, especially since she is disabled which helps her stay comfortable when we go. I also appreciate that they park my car in the disabled spaces close to the service desk entrance when our service is done. Brandon and Mary Ann have been the very best every time I go but I appreciate that every service employee is happy to help me and ready to help if they see you come up to the desk. I think they do care and will accommodate people to the best of their ability.

Great Customer service even after the sale! Jacob Knight sold me this car over the phone. He sent me videos and answered all my questions. The sale was great and seemless. Dave Sambad sold me the Extended Warranty and it was so worth it. It's now three years after the sale and Jacob still keeps in touch with me about deals that might apply to me. He remembered personal details about me from our conversations and inquired about them. Jacob will definitely be the person I call FIRST when I am looking for my next vehicle.
