Professional staff and good service. I unfortunately had a screw in my tire and was afraid to go anywhere because it was leaking air and the tire light was on in the dash. So I immediately went to their service department and asked for assistance in replacing my tire. No time to make an appointment in this case. They took my vehicle in and about 2 hours later it was done, this was on a Sunday morning no less.. I was sticker shocked on the price of rubber now days but happy they were open to help me!

Very nice and professional staff. My father and I were helped by a young man by the name of Andre he was able to go back and forth answering various questions and needs about purchasing a new truck. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about features on the vehicle, and overall a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. Additionally, Sandra the General Sales Manager was a big help making sure the vehicle we spoke about over the phone was what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Both Andre and Sandra made the whole experience a very pleasant one. We spoke back and forth over a few days but at the end we were able to go home and surprise my Brother with a wonderful new car for his Birthday. The vehicle was washed, full tank of gas, and the dealership and staff were friendly and nice. Purchased Vehicle: 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4. If I could leave any other feedback for the dealer it would only be positive; as there was not a single problem with the whole process.

I would like to extend my highest praise 10 stars to Toyota of Santa Monica, particularly to Arnold Funes, the Internet Sales Manager. After conducting some research last night, I became interested in leasing a brand new Toyota Prius XLE. I submitted an inquiry through an automated system that notifies all Toyota dealers, and by morning, Arnold was the first to reach out to me. At 11 a.m. sharp, Arnold was ready to discuss the details. He texted me, saying, "It's Arnold from Toyota Santa Monica. We can do $3,000 down and $380 per month. That's the best offer I can provide for you." A few hours later, I was inundated with calls from various Toyota dealers across Southern California, each employing the same sales tactics. However, none of them came close to matching Arnold's offer. Even after I shared the details of Arnold's proposal, many dealers expressed skepticism and joked that I might be getting played. Ultimately, the deal went through, and I ended up with an even better offer. This dealership is genuinely committed to their customers, and Arnold's dedication and work ethic certainly deserve recognition and a raise. I wholeheartedly recommend Toyota of Santa Monica to anyone serious about leasing a new vehicle. If you're in the market, this is the place to go.

Full transparency: - I’m putting this same review on different platforms. - I’m a real person who bought a real car. - I do reviews for the same reason people read them: different perspectives, full disclosure, and clearing up confusion. My wife and I bought a RAV4 PHEV here yesterday. It’s ok to be fearful when you’re buying a car for the first time, or first time in a long time. We felt the same way, especially since it’s been more than 15 years for us. The new car technology has evolved so much that we feel left behind. It’s hard to figure out how much of the new technology we really need. Plus, when visiting a car dealership for a more hands-on experience, many salespeople can get pushy. We did not feel that way when we walked into Envision Toyota at Milpitas, CA. The open showroom was a showcase for cars, not a sales trap. Ms. Pari Juergens was our sales representative, and it’s best to go line-by-line with how she treated us. 1. She’s warm and welcoming. Before we walked into her office to talk business, she made sure we knew where the refreshments and bathrooms were. It’s little things, but they make the encounter more comfortable. 2. She’s relatable. She wasn’t into sales talk. It was about getting to know you and your needs as the customer. She asked about our driving lifestyle. When talking about the Prius Prime, she got excited about the seemingly inexhaustible driving range. In comparison with another Toyota dealer around our area, the sales guy was pushy, trying to get us to commit to a car we didn’t even want. That was on our first stop, and he was already hyping up the car. What’s worse is that he was talking smack about Plug-in Hybrids and how they’re slow to charge. Getting out from there was like trying to pry a tick from my skin. 3. She’s extremely knowledgeable. Her knowledge of cars and logistics helped us understand more about the market, without pressuring us with scarcity marketing. She answered our questions thoroughly and with genuine reassurance. 4. She’s detail-oriented. Going back to the part where buying a car can be scary, Pari made sure she didn’t miss a step when showing us the features and perks of the car during the test drives. Some people would take that as an opportunity to brag or even make you feel ignorant. Pari gave us a friendly tour of the car and talked about how Toyota’s redesigns have evolved through the years. When it came to safety and technology, she showed excitement and sincere awe at Toyota’s products. 5. She understands family. Having a teenager and a toddler tag along can be a challenge. She was having great conversations with our sons while showcasing the car. She also went above and beyond by taking them on a tour of other cars while my wife and I did the busy work of doing boring paperwork. She also got the kids involved with adding the temporary registration on the car and getting it ready for us. 6. She’s reassuring. Even after the signing, she made sure not to let us leave until we understood the safety features and all the perks of being Toyota owners. She went into great and useful detail on how to contact Toyota for any issues. She also gave us a tour of the lobby and introduced us to the supply and maintenance teams. She helped us schedule our first maintenance appointment and walked us through the maintenance schedule for the rest of the warranty and maintenance period. If you’re looking for a new car, especially with the electric vehicle tax credit going away on September 30, this is the best dealer to stop by (I’m not advocating panic buying, yes, it’s going to go away). Make sure to talk to Pari or any of the sales team for a great deal on a great automaker brand. Envision yourself in a brand-new Toyota at Envision Toyota in Milpitas.

He is a family man & an honest/astute businessman. Obviously the more the car sells for, the better for him. Please go in knowing that these hardworking people do need to put food on the table for their families too so they can't just give it away. He followed up at appropriate intervals, communicated clearly, understood what I wanted, what my limits were and did his best to navigate an amicable deal for all involved. I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.
