Sandy Perez was my service advisor who did an outstanding job because she went above and beyond for getting me back on the road swiftly and safely. She even verified my insurance coverage to get a loaner car so that I could finish all the errands on the same day. She was very patient and had explained to me all of the maintenance services completed. Next, I'm scheduled for new tires and an alignment because she pointed out that the tires had signs of normal wear. At the same time, Anna had given me the the current value of the.car and two options to either buy or lease a new one. They are a wonderful team with terrific communication and I highly recommend them. Great job everybody! Thank you for all of your help.

We had an emergency flat tire driving back home to Las Vegas in our Posche Taycan, and we made it to the Porsche Ontario dealership to replace the tire, as we arrived we were greeted by a very welcoming staff, we were offered refreshments right when we walked in, the intallations are state of the art, beautiful building, Partick Solis was our advisor and he was amazing, he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of as quick as possible, he ordered a full inspection of the vehicle, a video of the inspection was sent to us explaining every detail, they washed and detailed the car, and also fully charged it ready for us to continue our journey. This is what I call excellence in service, we will definitely recommend this outstanding dealership. Thank you Partick!

It was a good experience. Met by a sales associate named Gary Lobel, a very pleasant personality to greet us. Not pushy. Wife and I just wanted to look around but ended up buying a 2025 Honda Ex L.
