I was visiting from out of town and had the battery fail on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I was a walk in for service on a Saturday morning. I explained my situation to the service advisor Luis Pabon. He was able to get my vehicle in and prioritize it's service. We were in and out in no time. Everyone at the dealer was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. They saved the day for me and my family!

The experience at CDJR was amazing. Jose my sales man sat down with me and went thru what I wanted as far as options, engine, drive train, color ect. He was very through and found what I wanted. We took a test drive and I loved the truck. The manager Joe was amazing and Joe in finance was superb the worked with me and I got the perfect truck I wanted with a price and a rate that was awesome. The whole team made it the best truck buying experience I ever had and I've bought a lot of be holes but this was my first new one. Jose in sales came out and helped me switch my tools and belongings from the old truck to the new truck. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I'm still smiling about it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a good deal. I was there about 4 1/2 hours, but it seemed like 20 minutes and I am a very impatient person. I was offered water snack, sodas anything while I was waiting and the next time I need to buy a vehicle I will definitely go to Jose between Jose, the manager, Joe and the finance guy Joe. It could not have been a better experience.

easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing. Everybody i dealt with seem Attentive and willing to work for me and my needs. 10 Stars thanks to the crew at Lake Wales CDJR!

I bought my dream car from Vatland. They assured me that an experienced mechanic had gone over the car and deemed it in good shape. However, when they deliver the car to me, the fan for the engine didn’t work so first time I took it out it overheated and cost me $600 to fix. I also found out that since they delivered the car to me I had no idea but they put 12 year-old tires on my car to replace the newer ones. I feel like I should have known this as mine and my daughter‘s life in danger to make a little bit of money. I also wanted to comment that my car was listed for $2000 less than I paid due to some type of paint insurance that I was forced to buy if I wanted that car. What a horrible experience however now that I have put in an extra $3500 it is now my dream car.

The worst dealership in this area. Do not deal with these people. Bought a stand new jeep wrangler that had stop start issue as soon as I left the parking lot. Returned for service multiple times and they found no issues. 4 years later I’m replacing the aux battery $99 because they wouldn’t. Also had my company vehicle a dodge ram towed to them for ac brakes and diagnostics. They did nothing not even a test drive and said nothing was wrong. The next day it died. The worst dealership. Stay away.
