I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Tatyana, my salesperson, was kind, incredibly patient, and very personable—never pushy, which I really appreciated. She was also extremely thorough in walking me through all the features of my vehicle, helping me set up my phone, and making sure I felt comfortable using all the tech before I left. The sales manager was equally impressive. I definitely gave him a run for his money, but he handled every bit of my pushback with professionalism and composure. As a former salesperson myself, I recognize all the usual tactics, and even so, he managed to navigate everything thoughtfully and make the deal work. And Mike—what a gem. He has such an interesting background, (former bounty hunter and by a stroke of not luck, but being a good human found himself on Dog The Bounty Hunter), I found myself completely engaged hearing how he ended up at the dealership. He was also not pushy at all, he found me an amazing rate that truly made my purchase possible, and is definitely not your typical finance guy just looking to make a buck. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return when I’m ready to trade.

Kudos to my newfound favorite service representative, Dennis Redmond! From our first interaction, I sensed the years of experience as we interacted. Zero need for spoon-feeding anything. He schooled me on the what, why, etc. THAT was reassuring after horrid prior experiences at this dealership. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, people-friendly and transparent with his communications. YAAAS!! I'll add that he literally went above and beyond for me by providing something I really needed, which rectified the issue experienced during my previous servicing visit with a different rep. HE IS A KEEPER and definitely makes the dealership look good. Yeah, I said what I said. LOL!

I had an issue earlier, I came into the dealership to get the issue resolved. I was met at the front door by the general manager Brian Longacre. He took the time to listen, he didn’t cut me off, and heard what I had to say, and its entirety. He explained to me the dynamic of the locking lug nut that I have, and then he apologized for what was told to me. He reassured me that this was not the way that business was done at this dealership and that it would be rapidly taken care of. He stepped in the back to the service department for about five minutes, then came and got my keys and drove my Jeep around the corner and said we’re going to take care of this for you right now. Many places that I’ve been to sometimes are standoffish, or they even question the validity of the story being told. But not Bryan, he did exactly what a manager should do in a situation like this. He didn’t get defensive, he simply said let’s get that taken care of. He didn’t hesitate, he just made sure that I left happy. The comment that I wrote earlier, I wrote because I was upset. I had a very valid reason to be upset. But Bryan really did go above and beyond to make sure that I knew that my business was valued. I appreciate him and I retract my former complaint and if you do come to this dealership, make sure you ask Bryan for a Coke because he has the original ones not the ones with the high fructose corn syrup.
