Alan Kurtz, the manager, went above and beyond by personally arranging to have my vehicle picked up directly from my home so it would not have to be driven while experiencing a severe oil leak. That level of consideration and customer care immediately set the tone and gave me confidence I was in the right place. From there, Alan put me in the hands of Pat Lannon, the Service Manager, and it was truly smooth sailing. Pat assigned his best mechanic to my truck and, for the first time in a year, a long-standing oil leak issue was finally diagnosed and properly resolved. Throughout the entire process, Pat provided regular updates along with video proof and photos of the work being done, which showed transparency, honesty, and pride in his work. Pat never wavered in his strict work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. That kind of integrity is rare these days and is something I deeply respect and admire. Jacob's service is great! However, Napleton VW's service quote was around $2,800 for Front/Rear brakes incl new rotors, (4) tires and an alignment. I ended up going to Tires Plus and the total was $2,004... and that included LIFETIME alignment and Road Hazard for the tires. All I ended up getting done at Napleton VW was a Schedule 1 Service for $176. My future oil changes will be $100 at Tires Plus. I really appreciate Napleton's level of service such as the Inspection Video by the Service Technician, Kyle, and the recommended items that I can view and Approve/Decline right from my phone, but I don't like it so much that I'll pay an extra $700. Again, Jacob's service is 10/10!

I know that everyone does not have a good experience buying a car at a dealership, and I have been there myself. I was out looking for a "new" used car and Honda was my first stop of some cars I had looked at on-line. Long story short, it turned out to be the best experience I have had buying a car. Mike H. worked with me throughout the day. as did the managerial and administrative staff later. I was on a limited budget, but I might have been buying the best on the lot; I was treated respectfully and felt my needs and interests were taken into consideration. In the end, I came out with a car that I really like and never felt any twinge of regret afterward. I know that I will have this car for a long time and will enjoy it.

If you need a car, Manny at Nissan is truly the man with the plan! About two months ago, I bought what I thought was my dream car… but it didn’t take long to realize it just wasn’t the one for me. I reached back out to Manny, who I had previously purchased from, and of course he came through again. He had exactly what I wanted sitting on the lot — a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. When I arrived at the dealership, Manny already had the vehicle parked out front and ready for a test drive. I wasn’t completely sold at first, but Manny never rushed me or pressured me. In fact, he encouraged me to take my time — after the third test drive, I knew it was the one! He gave me a great value for my trade-in (basically matching what I owed) which made the process so much easier. The finance manager, Karen, was also fantastic. She worked her magic and my payments ended up even lower than we originally expected. To top it all off, once everything was finalized Manny made sure the car got a full detail and a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. I left the dealership over-the-moon excited about my new Pathfinder! The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly fun. Manny’s knowledge, patience, and customer service are unmatched. Safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else when it’s time for my next vehicle… although I love this Nissan so much I might never upgrade! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Volvo lineup, but more importantly, she genuinely listened to my needs and preferences. I came in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted (the XC60 Recharge with the Bowers & Wilkins sound system was a non-negotiable for me), and Gio didn't try to push me towards something else. Instead, she focused on finding the exact configuration I was looking for, even going so far as to check inventory at sister dealerships when the specific color I wanted wasn't immediately available. The test drive was thorough and informative. Gio pointed out key features I might have missed on my own and encouraged me to truly experience the car's handling and technology on both surface streets and the I-95 stretch nearby. It wasn't just a quick loop around the block; it felt like a genuine opportunity to get acquainted with the vehicle. The only minor point I'd mention, and it's truly minor, is that parking on a busy Saturday afternoon can be a little tight, but the staff was quick to direct me to an available spot.
