I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had...the way it should be. Manuel was open, honest and helped me get an extra discount due to my military service. I really appreciated that I was given the straight talk on what my deal would be to include my trade-in value. No games just to get me in the door of the dealership. There was no games, no pressure, just an honest approach I truly have not seen in car buying. I will definitely buy here again when I need another car and highly recommend Manuel and Jarrett Gordon Ford!

However, I was docked at the price for simple repairs like replacing the rear windshield wiper and the cabin air filter. My car has only 60k miles on it and they want me to change brake and transmission fluids at an exorbitant price.
