Overall, good experience. Most cars in excellent shape. You could tell that they spent a lot of money building out this facility. It just opened in Feb 2024 so everything was new. Our salesperson Brian Treder was outstanding. He was no pressure and helpful in everything we asked of him. Just know upfront that you will be paying the following mandatory fees: - $998 Pre-delivery service fee - $499 Lojack - $499 Paint and fabric conditioning To me the main thing is getting a car you love, and to do that you need to have a good selection of reasonably priced vehicles.

I spent a month looking for a new vehicle. To be honest, I really wanted the Ford Maverick as I've only owned Ford trucks in my life. Sadly, I was not able to deal with Ford or a few of it's dealerships so I turned to Chevy. I can't say if all the Chevy dealerships are the same but I was able to find a truck at Davis Automotive in a few short E-Mails. The process was simple, direct and stress free. I kept waiting for some kind of hidden fee or maybe a different truck from what I was looking at when I arrived at the dealership. I was thinking Mr. Dieter was going to tell me he had to get the approval of the Sales Manager. That would turn into a back and forth haggle for hours on the trucks price. Those thoughts never materialized. The truck was exactly as I seen online and the quote I received from Mr. Dieter was what I paid for the truck. No hidden fees, no games, and no tricks. I was also impressed with Mr. Dieter's way in handling the test drive. He took the time to explain some of the vehicles features before we left the parking lot. The test drive route was perfect for someone driving a new vehicle. Mr. Dieter continued to explain some of the features of the truck as well as general conversations which I appreciated while driving an unfamiliar vehicle. When I picked up the truck, Mr. Dieter went into more detail on the trucks features. I also worked with the parts department as I wanted something to protect the cargo area. I do use my truck to haul things from time to time. The folks in the parts department were also outstanding! They were professional and pleasant. Once I explained what I wanted to do, they took the time to explain some options They even showed me a picture of what would work best for my needs. The only regret I have is that I did not start with Davis Automotive first when I wanted to purchase a new truck.

This is our second Maxda CX=50 from Lakeland Mazda. We don't live even close to Lakeland. 97 miles away, on the other side of the state. When we started looking for our first one, we started with the closest dealerships and worked our way out. It was 2022, during covid, so the exact one me wanted was difficult to get from the factory. Every other dealership wanted us to buy what they had, not what we wanted. As in buy this or nothing. Lakeland Mazda listened and went so far above and beyond to get us THE CX-50 we wanted, I can't imagine buying from another dealer. So when it was time to trade up, we didn't even consider another dealer, and again they went above and beyond to get us the exact CX-50 we wanted. And even though we didn't "shop around" I don't feel we could have gotten a better deal anywhere else.

My car died and I need a new one quickly. I contacted Coast Mazda and was driving home in a new Mazda CX5 the next evening! Brandon Moseley was my sales person and he made the whole process easy and stress free. Everyone at Coast was super friendly and helpful and I noticed if there was ever a snag, I was told, don’t worry, we will take care of it for you. Abe in finance, made the financing process smooth and easy as well. Brandon and Katlyn even drove me back to drop off my rental car at rush hour!
