I was anticipating that walking into a Maserati dealership would be intimidating (especially as I was in from out of town and traveling alone), but Dick immediately put me at ease with his kindness and genuine spirit. I appreciated the knowledge he shared about these beautiful cars in a way that I could understand. His great communication continued when a small problem came to light after the transaction closed- Dick (and the dealership) immediately worked to resolve the problem. I’m grateful that I found such a beautiful Ghibli, and especially grateful that I got to work with Dick! I will tell all of Nashville to go see Dick in Atlanta if they need a Maserati!

From the time I walked in the door to leaving with my new 2026 Chevy traverse RS was the best customer service that I have experience in years! This was the second vehicle that I bought within two months due to my first vehicle was totaled out by an accident not my fault. So coming back to Thornton Chevrolet was not even a thought. It was just an experience again.. starting with Clyde who is my salesman on my first 2025 traverse and then two months later on my 2026 traverse was just one of the best individuals that I met.
