I went in to this dealer not expecting to have a great experience, because well buying a car is awful. Let alone during a pandemic. But from my interactions with John in online sales, to my salesperson Brenna and finally Josh who handled the financial end, I was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone was kind, patient and so helpful with all of my needs and particular nuances. For once I left a dealer with a new car feel 100% happy with my experience.
Brenna in particular was the best part of this experience. She has such a kind demeanor really knew what she was doing. I can’t compliment her enough, the extra little details she took care of made all the difference!

I don't appreciate how I reached out regarding potentially getting work done on my wife's Pilot that she bought at Prime Honda in West Roxbury and we're now being told that Prime is not honoring something in her contract that stipulated that we were obligated to have all of the vehicle's oil changes done through Prime or the powertrain warranty would be null and void. Now that it seems we need to utilize that warranty I'm being told that through a "change of ownership a while back" that warranty is no longer being honored AND no notification of the change of ownership or the non-honoring of a contractual obligation was sent to us. That is bad business. I could have saved money doing the oil changes myself had I known Prime would back out of the deal written into my wife's contract. I will tell everyone I know every chance I get, not to deal with Prime Honda, EVER!! We've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Prime and this is the way they treat a customer? Or better yet.. EX-customer! I would even accept this had there been some type of notification, but even that wasn't handled properly! THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS PRIME!!!!

Disappointing experience with Monica, Salem, and Josh. We spoke with Monica three times today over the phone regarding the price of a vehicle and were told if we brought the listing to the dealership found on CarGurus that the “price would be honored”. After driving 75-minutes to the dealership we were told that Monica (who knew we were coming in) was the “online sales rep” and that Salem would be assisting us. Salem printed a sales quote to which we mentioned the previous conversation with Monica whom stated the price that would be honored (about $1800 under MSRP). Salem stated he would need to ask his manager to pull up the conversation with Monica to determine if this price was quoted. After a moment the sales manager inquired again about the price we were quoted, requested to see the CarGurus listing, and explained that he cannot sell the vehicle at that price and provided brief education about how CarGurus is a “third party site” and that the price could not be honored unless it was on the dealership’s website. The manager stated he wanted to work with us and offered us approximately $1000 off the MSRP. Despite whether CarGurus listing was accurate or not in regards to pricing, the sales manager and sales associate did not own the misrepresentation of their vehicle pricing by their online sales rep (Monica). Extremely disappointed in the lack of ownership and deception by this dealership. Additionally this dealership was deceptive in listing of fees; as Monica listed additional fees over the phone the “sales commission” fee of $150 was not mentioned but was listed on both quotes received at the dealership. Ultimately we walked away because our only encounters with this dealership and their staff were accompanied with deception and misrepresentation.

BUYER BEWARE. When I was picking up the car and at the business office, this dealer tried to charge me $2,000 over my quote. Part of that was for the 5 year maintenance plan that I had told the salesman I didn't want and who knows where the other $500 was from but it was taken out too. The communication was also terrible. I was given a VIN number of a car that was on it's way to them for us from a swap and the day I was supposed to pick it up they called and said it was sold to someone else by the other Dealership. They were able to get us another car but it didn't feel right. The salesperson also was convinced that the CRV Hybrid had a spare tire which it didn't. He needs more training and to learn more customer service skills like communication with your customer. There was no negotiating price as there are few of these available.

To be blunt I called twice on Wednesday on July 21 to get some kind of an estimate
on how much it would cost to replace a wheel bearing .on my 2007 Honda Fit.
I had to wait forever to speak to someone and each time I was told that there were calls ahead of me but to leave my name and phone number and that someone would call me back.
No one called me back.
I gave it another try today and I was assured that the service manager would call me back sooner.
That never happened and that is why I am posting this.
I would never use Balise for any kind of service nor any other dealership
which has a rotten attitude as they do.
