I knew what vehicle wanted even before I walked in the door; I did a test drive previously and fell in love with the look, feel, and performance of the CR-V. So can I get a super deal? I like to shop around; find who can give me the best deal and overall buying experience. Boch Honda West definitely did this for me! The first dealership I visited tried to pressure me into making a deal before I walked out the door (like so many do) and it left a very bad impression on me, to say the least. Boch was a like a ray of sunshine in comparison! Tim McLean was my salesperson, and he was not only knowledgeable about the car and it's many features, he even showed me things the previous dealership did not! No pressure; upfront about negotiating price/trade-in; just a general sense that the people who work here genuinely love what they do and seeing their customers walk away feeling good about their purchase made this an easy decision. I also had great help in the finance dept; Kurtis Tanguay was a joy to work with! He really went above and beyond for me in getting my bank financing straightened out after a bit of a pushback by my bank. Thanks Tim and Kurtis! Loving my new CR-V! I would definitely recommend Boch to my family and friends.

I visited Curry Honda Chicopee MA a few months ago, I knew I would be in need of a new car before winter but wasn't ready or prepared to make a purchase. I met with Angel, explained my poor credit history, what my goal was for making a new car purchase and what my vehicle needs were. Angel spent 2 hours with me, in the rain, looking at several cars. When we were done on the lot, I reiterated my time frame and I left with his business card. About a month later, he called to check in. I told him I planned to return in about another month.
I shopped another dealer for another brand, the pressure to purchase was almost oppressive.
Angel and the staff at Curry were kind, knowledgeable and provided me with the experience I wanted, including the supportive advice from the Business Manager Ron. I'd recommend Angel and Curry Honda to EVERYONE and ANYONE who will listen!

It would be better if I get update on periodic service via Honda link. Honda link does not synchronized with system and phone. Honda should work on software update for all Mobile update.

My husband and I were searching for a car and frustrated with getting the runaround until we talked to Mike. He was straight forward and honest with what he could do for us. He accepted our offer over the phone instead of making us come in for yet another meeting. We were skeptical when we got to the dealership waiting for hidden expenses and there were none. Mike was a man of his word. But that's just the beginning. We live 1 1/2 hours away and needed to get a bank check. Mike went out of his way and met us at the bank to save us a trip as well as delivering the car to us the next day. Worst experience leasing a car - AL
I had an online quote for a lease from another dealership, and asked if Prime can beat it.
Came in with an e-mail confirmation about the deal, and immediately realized that they don’t want to make a deal with confirmed price.
There was only one red car which we didn’t want to take, and a manager said that they can’t find another car.
We left, but the sales person Ricaldo Ulysse called me back in 15 minutes, and said that they found silver car, and ready to make a deal with the price we discussed before.
We came back, and he gave us a quote $45 per month higher than he promised during our phone conversation.
The manager said that it’s impossible to make this deal without printed quote from another dealership, and the online sales person who promised to beat the price was fired day before.
I bought a new car here two years ago, and didn’t expect to meet those dishonest people when I came back.

Imagine if you will, flat tire on I-91 ! I quickly changed the flat but the spare was almost flat too! I slowly got off 91 in Holyoke and found Balise Honda nearby. They took me right in and after about an hour of trying to fix/repair time, all they could do is put air in the spare tire and send me on my way. Everyone was so nice and they didn't even charge me for their time working on my Accord. Highly recommend Balise Honda

Re: Airbag Recall Work-Dashboard damage - Kemper
Went to Bedard Brothers for recall of Takata airbags. I was told that work would be approximately one (1) hour. Truck was returned well within that time but there are several gouges to the dashboard material around the passenger side airbag compartment.
Based on this experience, I will end my relationship with the Bedard Brothers Service Department because the quality of this work was very poor and something I would expect of a "back yard hack".
