Although Pam has been my service person in the past and has always provided excellent service for my last service on 4/18/24 Joe N was my service person and also provided excellent service. Both service reps were courteous and took the time to explain what services were being done and then what additional services were recommended. Also like that the dealership offers a loaner car and car wash. Both Pam and Joe are great representatives of the Circle Infiniti dealership and their mission to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.

I came in for a software upgrade and so many other things were addressed as well. Wiper blades changed. Oil and other fluids topped up. Wheel rotation performed. Car wash done. And a road test to crown it all. All while while I continued to work in the guest lounge. Awesome!!!

The technician with his diagnosis and all work was performed very professionally and ahead of schedule.
