My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.

Laura Bohn is uniquely wonderful, in that she explains every little single detail of everything we are signing without us even having to ask her. Most used car dealers just have you sign the paperwork and run! Laura is also extremely knowledgeable and patient, thoroughly answering every question we did have. After filling out the paperwork and submitting it, I realized I had made a mistake with my down payment figures. Laura called the bank back and they re-did everything for us right on the spot! We are very happy customers now!!😊

I have been coming to Empire Nissan of Hillside since 1999. I always get great service. During this service I got an oil change and I needed new tires that were not in stock at this location. Smithy ordered the tires and recommended I go home instead of waiting and provided car service to take me home. The next day car service was provided to bring me back to pick up my car. I really appreciated that so I didn't have to wait all day. When getting report from 25 point service Smithy was kind enough to going over something I didn't understand.

Toyota of Hackensack took me in without an appointment to fix my radio head unit which kept rebooting. Service writer Marissa Giordano could not have been more helpful. She assigned my car to Service Foreman Mike, who quickly identified the problem as a faulty aftermarket S/D card (mapping). The dealership ordered a new card and installed it today. There was also a Toyota TSB software update for the radio, which the service department also successfully installed. Now the radio and GPS appear to be working perfectly. I am very grateful for the fast, reasonably priced service to fix this issue. I just moved back to Bergen County recently and look forward to working with Toyota of Hackensack for all my future service needs. Thank you!
