Abraham is a very chill person to buy a car from. I would say I felt more "encouraged" than pressured, and I genuinely believe that he wanted us to get a good vehicle and have a good experience. He was a pleasure to work with and talk to over the two separate occasions that it took us to scout, test-drive, and purchase our new vehicle. We visited another dealership prior to this one, and nobody asked us if we needed help as we wandered around the showroom for about ten minutes, so we walked around the lot ourselves and didn't see the car we thought we were looking for. That's when we headed over to Westchester Toyota. It's a nice dealership with a terrific assortment of vehicles. I hadn't purchased a car in a VERY long time and the process with this dealership was transparent. It took a long time because multiple people were buying at the end of the month, and I was very glad that I'd eaten a big lunch, though there are some good vending machines upstairs if you get hungry and are mid-negotiation or paperwork. (Negotiating on an empty stomach is a bad idea!)

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.
