Jeff Trobaugh was an excellent sales person. He took time to show and explain many options to us. He was very professional. I would certainly go back to him when we are again looking for a car. He carefully explained car features before we left the dealership. The finance side was not as enjoyable. Cam, our business/finance person, was friendly and knew his business but was abit over bearing. The white board and marker was confusing. When he was done there were to many options. It was similar to a presentation at a Time Share presentation. We had to stop and go back to the start. At the end the deal was fine altho we did end up with an extra we did not know about. It was not a big deal so it is fine. We would return to Cronin when time for a new car.

We worked with Joey Hurtuk. He did an exceptional job with meeting our requests, We had called inquiring about an EV-Equinox shown on the dealer site, hoping to come see it on very short notice. He had it ready, charged, and pricing info based on discounts we might be eligible for all in hand when we arrived. Along with the finance team we worked to get a purchase agreement finalized and took the car home the same day. Joey made sure we were satisfied with a bit of buffing work that needed to be done on a scratch. He also made sure we were set up with OnStar and familiar with "features new to us" on the vehicle. He did an outstanding job. We are in the market for a second vehicle and will DEFINITELY come work with Joey Hurtuk and the Tim Lally team again. A very satisfied customer, Sandra Kozlowski
