I came into the dealership very upset and with significant frustration over my vehicle, which would not start. From the initial phone call with Melissa, I felt heard. Bella, in service, was my first point of contact upon arrival and she handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. She listened to me and showed empathy. When I expressed my lack of confidence in the vehicle and that I would feel better in something different, she connected me with Bonnie. Bonnie extended the same behaviors to me. She listened, was empathetic and soothed my frayed nerves considerably. She also guided me through my options of something new without pressure.
The feeling of being heard and understood did not end there. I received it from Christine in finance and every person that I came into contact with that day.
