I was recently in an accident and ended up losing my car, I decided to try and be cheap and got my car off a lot. After a month of me having that car I was told I needed to replace the whole engine. After that nightmare i decided to go to Toyota and see what I could do, I was short on cash because I had just gotten my other car. They made sure to take the time and work with me, making sure I stayed in my budget. A service manager named Bri Braun really listened to my concerns& helped me figure out a know issue on my vehicle with axle boots & helped me get things covered under warranty. She had an amazing customer service focused kind demeanor, which was amazing! I wanted to recognize her as an amazing customer service person above and beyond the great customer service at Toyota of Brookfield!

Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz ! Again big shout out to Joe & the rest of the team that helped out, preciate yall ! I love my car !
