On a busy Saturday still managed to get my car in for an oil change and then discovered that I needed new brakes. I was able to get a loaner vehicle, but when I returned to get my car in a few days, the outside was really dirty and they forgot the car wash part that came with the oil change. Not a huge deal just noticed a few stains, etc. on the windows and wished that after a $1600 payment in service and parts, that it could’ve also been washed.
