The dealership is conveniently located with good freeway access. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Ken was a great salesperson to work with. He always got back to me when I had questions and was very knowledgeable on the Toyota products and the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Will definitely consider purchasing from them again even though they're 45 minutes from my house.

We have been Germain Toyota customers since 1986, and have purchased and leased 26 vehicles. Our son has purchased 5, and our daughter has purchased 4. We were introduced to Jared in 2025. He was a great help to my daughter who traded in her 2019 Corolla Hatchback S and purchased a new Corolla Cross. Alanna and her husband Cain, were very pleased with the attention to detail and the best deal presented to them after shopping at two other Toyota dealers. My wife and I dealt with Jared for the first time after he located a 2025 Corolla Cross XLE-AWD in Soul Red! Jared enthusiastically noted that it was manufactured in Huntsville, Alabama, and he explained the various options that were included while we went for a test drive. When we were satisfied with the price, Finance Manager A.J. Castin met with us to complete the deal. We couldn’t be more pleased with Jared’s and A.J.’s attitude and attention to details by satisfying us!

Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed.
