Only problem is with Ford not with the dealer or staff. Ford has made it VERY DIFFICULT to interface a CD player with its SYNC system. The help line was of no use as the rep on the help line had no solutions nor dir he seem to indicate that Ford would send a software update to fix the problem. No much corporate help for the customer.
