The cars available at the Tasca Woonsocket Chev dealership are fantastic. Shelby's, Cameros, Corvettes etc etc. I purchased an 8 yr old Vette, with less than 15,000 mls. Car was spotless. Price was within reason, compared to other dealers my wife and I had visited. The sales and management teams were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend considering them, particularly if you like style, power, and class.

My 22 Chevy 1500 5. - Pro101fire

My 22 Chevy 1500 5.3 8 speed with 34k miles had a transmission issuse and oil leak from the pan. The dealer said I needed a new factory transmission and oil pan seal, all covered under factory warranty. Took about a month to get the truck back. GM's transmissions are on back order but the dealer already had one coming in. Once it was in, they had the transmission replaced in 2 day. The work they did was great. The problem I have was no loaner autos available. This might be more a GM issuse then dealer. I could of got rental and get reimbursed later which I didn't like that opinion. Luckily I was able to borrow a suv from my parents for the time.

Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service I received. The only issue I had was that when I first brought my vehicle in, I chose to 'wait' for the diagnostic results in the customer lounge. After a lengthy delay, I approached the service advisor, who informed me that the technician working my vehicle, had discovered several mechanical issues, that needed to be addressed. The repair of these issues would require a drop-off appointment, as the repairs would likely take a whole day. After hearing this, I scheduled another appointment for the following week and then left.

Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. He found a vehicle for us and from start to finish it was a flawless transaction. All in all, from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile. We continued our relationship with Hurd Auto until we moved to New Hampshie. The service department is excellent. We found them to be comptent and quick with limited amount of waiting time. We worked with Tim G. in sales, and he was excellent. He was honest and did not engage in the high-pressure sales tactics we experienced at most of the Boston area dealerships. I have bought many cars from various manufacturers, and this was by far the best car sales experience I have had. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful.
