Since I was close to the end of the lease, Brandon was kind enough to wait on doing the service to give me a chance to talk to my favorite sales person, Shaun. I ended up with a new lease for a 2026 Encore. My oil change was not necessary. I am very happy with my new Buick.

From start to finish I was thrilled with my experience! I was nervous when I first reached put to Max,but her warm demeanor and positive vibe helped me to quickly relax. I was shopping in the pre-owned options. Telling Max I'm not the biggest spender with the best credit. She reassured me that she would take good care. And her actions backed that up! She was on my team 💯. I never dreamed in my life I would have a vehicle as nice as I do now with a payme t that fits just right. Paperwork was a breeze with Max's preparedness and an actual fun experience with Sals sense of humor and know how. Bought a 2023 Pacifica there yesterday. Shana our sales person was absolutely great. However my only disappointment was the rear camera is totally blurred out and you can't make anything out at all. Now I have to spend a couple hundred dollars to have it repaired, when it should have been done by them in the first place. You would think they want to make the car right before it goes for sale. In my opinion this is a safety concern.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Shorkey Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. I wanted to share this detailed experience, because I will be buying all of my future Jeeps or Rams from this location specifically. I am 1 hr and 20 minutes away- and I’ll happily make this drive to work this team of people. My salesperson- Jeff Robinson took multiple calls, texts and chatted over a 3 week period, providing me with all the details and information I could ask for, when purchasing a used 2023 Grand Cherokee. They also offered me a very reasonable trade in on my old Jeep. We discussed some pricing and came to a very reasonable deal for both vehicles. So nice now a days to have a such an informed team, and prepared team. When I arrived we went over everything we discussed and the deal was one of the smoothest I’ve had in many years. Mike M. And Mike-(the used car manager) both also went above and beyond in this deal. I had the chance to personally chat with the service advisor who cared for my new Jeep since day 1 (prior to my ownership) He also went out of his way to chat with me even though their service dept. was busy during that time. Very cool to see an entire team across multiple departments work so seamlessly. You’ve earned a customer for life!
