To begin, Shane Sybil quoted an out-the-door price over the phone on a 2027 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. Shane found a CR-V with specifications that exactly matched my wish list! Throughout this initial contact with Shane, I immediately sensed that ours would be an entirely different buying experience than we would ever have received at other Honda dealerships in the area. The exact price quoted by Shane was honored once we sat down with De-Jon at the dealership. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate and value the no-nonsense, haggle free experience we received.
