The experience of picking out a car and test driving was good. However, after we finalized the deal our salesrep sort of disappeared, we sat for over an hour and were not even offered any coffee we went in search for if, we also did not know that we were waiting for the finance department. After the finance department we were told that the features of the car would be explained to us but we were only given a basic intro like how to connect your phone, we didn't even know about the audi assistant until we accidentally discovered it
