Very positive experience. Staff professional business attire, they look at you in the eye when you talk and immediate ownership of your car issue. Convenient shuttle too. I can’t believe the difference in customer service compared to 3 years ago. I was very disappointed back then not anymore. I love this dealership and I’ll make sure I’ll pass the message to my friends too. Thank you Germain Honda

I had wonderful experience at Naples Mazda! - Maria Hernandez

I had wonderful experience at Naples Mazda! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and very nice helpful. I honestly didn't think I would be able to get into a NEW BRAND CAR because of my credit and because I didn't have money to put down, but they worked with me and made it happened. What meant the MOST to me was that they KEPT THEIR WORD and treated me with respect throughout the whole process. They took the time to help me and never made me feel judged because of my situation. I walked in unsure if i would leave with a car, and I drove away extremely happy and grateful. Thank you to everyone at Naples Mazda for making this experience so positive. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for vehicle!
