When I located this 2022 Grand Cherokee I sat on it for several days before I made an Initial Inquiry about the availability of it within a day or two I was contacted by Leon Chea several phone conversations were had between the two of us along with several appointments that were & canceled due too scheduling conflicts during the process I never felt pressured or hounded later during the week I was finally able to make it it to tye Dealership and look the vehicle over and take it on a test drive, during the test drive I was hooked on this vehicle that's when I made the decision to purchase it. The Finance Manager James Pena shopped around checking various Banks and Finance Companies to find me the best deal possible which I was very appreciative of that.

The service manager at North Coast Cleveland Jack Skrant was incredibly helpful and professional. Jack went above and beyond to make sure our car was serviced correctly and the problems were resolved. He recognized the car was not preforming correctly and immediately handled it. The first dealer we went to (Bedford Mitsubishi) could not recognize the car needed a new engine because it was going through WAY too much oil. I'm so glad we went to North Coast Cleveland for a second opinion because they were so professional and handled the problem.

There customer service isn't a selling point, but their cars are. Reliable and trustworthy. They were also super helpful in helping me get information for my out of state issues. My credit union was being a pain in the xxx, but the dealership went out of their way to assist us more than my own credit union.
