Let me start off by saying that Sarah is truly the best - Cota

Let me start off by saying that Sarah is truly the best to work with. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars and had lots of questions, Sarah was able to assist me to be confident in my car choice. She didn’t push me in any direction and make the whole experience low pressure. Now I have a car I truly love and I can’t thank her enough for making it happen!

This was by far the best and smoothest car buying - mike-steel

This was by far the best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Greg was direct communicative and had everything handled for my putnof stare purchase by the time I showed up. The vehicle was 100% as advertised with no surprised under any circumstances.

My sales manager Yusuf Waqas was kind, honest and - Sreeni Reddy

My sales manager Yusuf Waqas was kind, honest and upfront about the RAV4 limited availability situation and explained how waiting in line worked. Yusuf clearly explained RAV4 Pricing, add on options, etc. and I didn’t feel typical dealership pressure of upselling, which made overall car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills dealership for potential buyers, there were no dealer premiums or any hidden fees. Another nearby dealership shamelessly asked for $3k market Adjustment fee over the sticker price! Overall happy customer 👍

Gabrielle was great! - michael.letvin

Gabrielle was great!! Their stock is very nice and reasonably priced. The closing guy came back with a higher price than what Gabby had brought back from her manager. We had already agreed to that price and paid a deposit according to that price so I was a little out off by that but otherwise it was a great experience.

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from - Dab Mac

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from the bathroom… I had already done three weeks of research on my next vehicle, and I on my last test drive tour. GMC and Chevy were my final 2. I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!!

I have been leasing a new Rover every 3 years since the - sx

I have been leasing a new Rover every 3 years since the 90's. I have been through many dealerships and sales people along the way. Lenor Parvu at the Novi, Mi. dealership is clearly the best person I have ever worked and no she did not ask me to post a review. Lenor has the patience and perseverance to find the exact Rover you are looking for, and her follow up is great.
