We drove 355 miles round trip (in one day!) to have our Lexus serviced at Earnhardt Lexus. Michael Herrera took wonderful care of us despite being asked to fill in at the last minute. Patrick Kjeldahl helped with some special parts and was able to get a last minute request handled in time for our appointment. 5+ stars for the wonderful mechanic/tech Rafael worked into overtime to finish everything so we could get on the road to go home. We spent the whole day in the dealership and everyone was very friendly.

My sales representative Ron Q. is Great! Always welcoming, helpful and ready to give 100%. I've been coming back to this Chandler location for about 15 years plus because of the great service. I was very happy with the service on my last visit with Ron Q. My 2016 Focus had transmission problems and Ron Q. got me into a Ford Escape. I'm sorry to say I was not happy with my service advisor Todd. Service from Todd was not good at all. Hopefully I won't get him as a service advisor again.
