UPDATE 9/19/2025: Kurt Dooley reached out, and everything has been resolved. recently bought a used 2021 Audi with really low mileage from BMW of Tampa. I was told that the car was given a 100% inspection. But within a couple of days of purchase, I started smelling anti freeze. I first thought that it might be due to them recently adding fluids to the car. Two weeks later I’m still smelling anti freeze so I took the car to a local Audi dealership to check it out. I was told by the mechanic that the water pump has a leak and it showed that the water pump was leaking for a while due to rust stains. The mechanic told me that it was going to cost over $6000 to replace the water pump. The mechanic provided a video of the water pump and rust stains. On September 4, 2025 I emailed the management of BMW of Tampa and attached the video from the mechanic. I received an email back later that night on September 4 from a manager, where he apologized and asked that I bring the car in for his mechanics to look over. And he stated that “Hopefully, we will connect tomorrow and can try and work on a solution. Once again, I apologize for the issue.” I emailed back informing him that I already had the car repaired due to the urgency of the matter. I gave him a time to call me.

Overall attitude felt like take it or leave it instead of one where you were truly interested in building a long term customer relationship

After visiting my local BMW dealership out of convenience, I decided to take the 50 mile trip up to Bert Smith BMW where I had leased several other vehicles. Without a doubt, the trip was well worth it! We reviewed what I was looking for and they quickly found a vehicle that fit my needs. In addition to giving me a fair amount of equity for my previous vehicle, they did a wonderful job of giving me an excellent price on the new vehicle, something my local dealership was unwilling to provide. Kudos to Michael Ford of Bert Smith BMW for not only working with me and providing me with a simple and enjoyable process in obtaining my new vehicle but for also delivering it to me at my home saving me the 50 mile trip!

Absolutely worst bmw dealership in south Florida… Parts department refused to match pricing of several other local bmw dealerships parts dept for all weather floormats / cargo mat for my brand new m3 comp xdrive she said it was 250 I said no way Msrp is 161 and AutoNation Bmw sells for 139 and showed her I had to raise xxxx and speak with manager who eventually matched sad they push customers to go to other dealers

This is our 8th BMW lease—the 4th from this dealership. We were very pleased with Rudi’s attention to what we were looking for in teams of the vehicle and fitting our budget. He spent all the time we needed to get the right X3. We will work with Rudi when it’s time for our next lease. I’ve worked with Christopher Pitts in the service department since 2013 and he always takes great care of us. Both Rudi and Christopher make us feel like valued customers.

If you plan on purchasing a BMW don't waste your time here and go to Coggin BMW Ft. Pierce. I planned on purchasing a used I3 and put a 2K deposit down because I was out of town. I was planning on picking it up just two days from when I put the deposit down. I received a call the day before I was going to pickup my car, and was told that they sold it to another person. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and they hung up on me!!! I have never had, such a terrible experience at a car dealer. I even signed a contract it's as if they sold an already sold car. My salesman told me the manger made this decision. I've got to wonder if his prior job was at a cutthroat used car dealer. Or if this entire establishment is run like one.
