I received a reference to see Gary about looking at some Jettas and immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from him. Everyone I came into contact with was positive, kind and very hospitable. The dealership is clean and spacious with a few cars being displayed. There wasn’t a moment where I felt uncomfortable or bombarded in the process. The General manager, Jimmy, was passionate, encouraging and helped the process glide right along. When dealing with Jimmy and Gary I felt their sincerity and honesty each step of the way. From finding the right car to working out numbers, I felt that Gary and Jimmy were the best hands I could be in. We worked out a deal and I was sent to finalize with Joseph. Another welcoming greeting followed by a significantly pleasant experience. Joseph will make you laugh and keep you engaged while explaining mundane final paperwork, giving you ease in walking away a happy car owner/leaser. I can see clearly why our good friends recommended Gary to us. I couldn’t be happier with Gary, Jimmy, Joseph, and most of all my new Jetta from Volkswagen of Fort Myers. Monica Balley was extremely helpful. She was cheerful and just made me feel good. I explained that I didn’t understand some things relating to the screen with the maps, contacts etc. She immediately had Kiko Mayes come and help me. He was very polite, positive and cheerful.
